Custom Laser Engraving

Make it yours. With our in-house laser engraving, your knife, flashlight, or leather gear leaves our shop carrying your name, initials, a date, or a message that matters — crisp, permanent, and done right here at C&S Knifes.

What we engrave & pricing

Knife blades — $20. Engraved directly on the blade in your chosen font. Blade space is limited, so blade engraving is capped at 10 characters.

Olight flashlights & O-Pens — $15. Engraved on the aluminum body. Up to 10 characters — or send us a logo or image (see below). O-Pen barrels have more room — up to 20 characters.

Leather goods — $10. Belt cases and leather sheaths, marked with a deep, permanent burn. Up to 20 characters.

To order, just select “Yes — engrave” on any eligible product page, type your text, and pick a font. The engraving fee is added automatically and your text follows the order straight to the engraver.

Logo & image engraving (flashlights)

Want a logo, emblem, or image on your Olight instead of text? We can do that. After checkout, upload your artwork on our Artwork Upload page with your order number.

Important — black and white images only. The laser engraves in a single tone, so artwork must be clean black-and-white line art or a solid silhouette. No grayscale, no color, no photographs. If your image won’t engrave cleanly, we’ll contact you before we burn anything.

How it works

1. Order. Choose engraving on the product page, enter your text, pick your font.
2. We engrave. Your item is engraved in-house on our fiber laser and inspected before packing. Engraving adds 3–5 business days before your order ships.
3. It ships. USPS with tracking, like every C&S order — free over $150.

The fine print

Engraved items are custom-made for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item or the engraving is defective — our workmanship is covered. Text is engraved exactly as you type it, so please double-check spelling and capitalization before ordering. We reserve the right to decline offensive or trademarked content; you’ll receive a full refund if we do.

One more thing worth knowing: on brand-name products (CobraTec, Olight, and others), custom engraving is aftermarket work and may void that manufacturer’s warranty. By ordering engraving you accept responsibility for any loss of manufacturer coverage — our workmanship guarantee on the engraving itself always applies.

Copyright & logos: by requesting custom engraving, you confirm you have the right to use any name, image, or logo you submit. Logos and artwork you don’t own — including team and manufacturer logos — may require permission. View our Engraving Content Policy.

Engraving Content Policy — Copyright & Trademark

C&S Knifes LLC provides custom engraving as a service. When you submit text, artwork, images, or logos for engraving, you — not C&S Knifes LLC — are responsible for having the legal right to use that content.

By placing an engraving order, you represent and warrant that you own the submitted content or have permission from its owner to reproduce it. Owning a product does not give you the right to reproduce its manufacturer’s logo, and being a fan does not give you the right to reproduce a team’s logo. Sports team logos, manufacturer logos, brand marks, characters, and most artwork found online are protected by copyright and/or trademark law and generally require the owner’s permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C&S Knifes LLC, its owners, and employees from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the engraving of content you submitted, including claims of copyright or trademark infringement or violation of publicity or privacy rights.

C&S Knifes LLC does not review submissions for legal clearance and reserves the right to refuse any engraving request at our sole discretion. Refused requests are refunded for the engraving fee. Engraving performed at your direction does not imply affiliation with, or endorsement by, any brand, team, or logo owner. Engraved items remain final sale, and our engraving warranty-void disclosure still applies.
