Our gear is built to last — and we stand by that promise for the life of the product.
What’s Covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and failures that occur under normal use.
If something arrives damaged or breaks when it shouldn’t, we’ll repair it, replace it, or make it right.
Covered products include:
- C&S Branded Knives & Tools: Normal use and wear. If it fails due to a defect, we’ve got you covered.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect (such as prying, throwing, or using products for unintended purposes).
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs.
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration, or fading that comes with normal use).
- Loss or theft of the product.
Electronics & Flashlights
Due to the nature of electronic components, flashlights and other electronic items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.
These products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and failures under normal use.
Warranty Requirements
Proof of purchase from C & S Knifes is required for all warranty claims.
Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.

What we cover
C&S Knifes LLC warrants the products we make and brand ourselves. The level of cover is shown in the product details on each item’s own page, and it runs on four tiers:
- Limited Lifetime — our higher-tier C&S blades — the premium steels such as VG-10, D2 and Damascus. The warranty that applies to any individual knife is stated on that knife’s own product page.
- 1 Year — our entry-tier C&S knives, currently the 3Cr13 fixed blade hunting knife.
- 90 days — the 600D crossbody bag.
- 30 days — carry goods such as leather multitool sheaths, folding knife belt cases and canvas pouches.
- Sold as-is — consumables and soft goods including patches, cleaning cloths and fire starter sets. These carry no warranty.
Products made by other brands
Most of what we stock is manufactured by someone else — Olight, Chaves, Bestech, Microtech, Dreamtech, Bear & Son, Vosteed and REMETTE among them. Those products are warranted by their manufacturer, not by C&S Knifes LLC. If something goes wrong with one of them, the claim is made to that manufacturer directly, under their own terms and timeframes.
We are glad to help you get there. We will supply your proof of purchase and point you to the right contact. We are not the warrantor for those products, and we cannot repair, replace or refund on a manufacturer’s behalf.
