We use premium blade steels and handle materials selected for edge retention, corrosion resistance, and overall performance. Specific options will be listed on each product page once our catalog is live at cnsknifesllc.com.
Keep your blade clean and dry after each use, apply a light coat of oil to carbon steel blades to prevent rust, and store in a dry environment. Sharpen regularly with an appropriate stone or system to maintain a clean edge — never run blades through a dishwasher.

Yes, we plan to ship across the United States. Because knives are regulated differently by state and locality, customers are responsible for confirming that the blade they order is legal in their area. We are not liable if you we ship to addresses where the product is prohibited by law. That is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
