Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day. During major sales, new product launches, and live Whatnot drops, processing may take an extra day or two — we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS with standard and expedited options available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. Orders over $150.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you don’t see it within 48 hours, check your spam folder or reach out to us at cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com.Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, with the following restrictions due to local knife laws:- Automatic / OTF / switchblade knives cannot be shipped to California, Connecticut, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Washington or Washington D.C., to Chicago, or outside the United States. Some states we do ship to attach conditions of their own. Illinois requires a valid FOID card. Kentucky and West Virginia set a minimum purchase age of 21 rather than 18. Colorado, North Dakota and Delaware limit blade length on carry, Hawaii and Virginia restrict how an automatic may be carried. Ordering confirms you meet whatever applies where you live. Checkout will decline these items to a restricted address. See our Knife Law & Shipping Restrictions page for the full state-by-state map and the reason behind each one. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with the knife laws in their state, county, and city before ordering.
- We do not currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
- Some restricted-design knives may require an adult signature on delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com within 3-5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. For lost packages, we’ll work directly with the carrier to file a claim and get a replacement or refund to you as quickly as possible.Returns & Refunds
