Shipping & Delivery

At C&S Knifes LLC, we know you’re ready to put your new blade or EDC gear to work — so we ship fast, pack carefully, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day. During major sales, new product launches, and live Whatnot drops, processing may take an extra day or two — we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS with standard and expedited options available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. Orders over $150.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you don’t see it within 48 hours, check your spam folder or reach out to us at cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, with the following restrictions due to local knife laws:
  • Automatic / OTF / switchblade knives cannot be shipped to states or cities where they are prohibited. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with the knife laws in their state, county, and city before ordering.
  • We do not currently ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some restricted-design knives may require an adult signature on delivery.
If you place an order we cannot legally ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com within 3-5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. For lost packages, we’ll work directly with the carrier to file a claim and get a replacement or refund to you as quickly as possible.
