At CNS Knifes LLC, we know you’re ready to put your new blade or EDC gear to work — so we ship fast, pack carefully, and keep you informed every step of the way.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within [1–2] business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day. During major sales, new product launches, and live Whatnot drops, processing may take an extra day or two — we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.
We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx] with standard and expedited options available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. [Orders over $XX qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.]
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you don’t see it within 48 hours, check your spam folder or reach out to us at cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, with the following restrictions due to local knife laws:
If you place an order we cannot legally ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com within [3–5 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. For lost packages, we’ll work directly with the carrier to file a claim and get a replacement or refund to you as quickly as possible.
We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
You may request a return within [14 / 30] days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
Email cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll send you an RMA number and return instructions within [1–2] business days. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within [7] days of delivery and we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Branded products (Olight, MSI, and others) are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty — we’ll help you connect with the manufacturer when needed. Our own custom and house-brand blades carry a [lifetime / 1-year] warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, abuse, improper sharpening, or loss.

Yes. Custom blades are a core part of what we do. Once we launch, customers will be able to request custom builds based on blade style, steel type, handle material, and finish. Reach out to cnsknifes@cnsknifesllc.com for early inquiries.
We use premium blade steels and handle materials selected for edge retention, corrosion resistance, and overall performance. Specific options will be listed on each product page once our catalog is live at cnsknifesllc.com.
Keep your blade clean and dry after each use, apply a light coat of oil to carbon steel blades to prevent rust, and store in a dry environment. Sharpen regularly with an appropriate stone or system to maintain a clean edge — never run blades through a dishwasher.

Yes, we plan to ship across the United States. Because knives are regulated differently by state and locality, customers are responsible for confirming that the blade they order is legal in their area. We do not ship to addresses where the product is prohibited by law.
